The REDI is a 1 GB mp3 player no doubt geared toward those who can’t figure out computers or are too lazy to go get the music themselves and put it on their mp3 player. They come with about 250 tracks already on them, which would give you about 6 hours of listening time. (There’s bound to be a ton of what you don’t want, just like buying CDs)
It sports a USB mini jack so you can upload your MP3′s should you actually know how to boot up your PC, or if your grandchild comes over to help. Universal Remote Control has apparently put out new details and pricing about an upcoming wireless keypad-style remote. It is called the KP-900 and you’ll find it pricing around $500.


Panasonic unveiled today its first touchscreen digital camera. It is called the Panasonic Lumix DMC-FX500 and pricing is set at around $400.

Sony yesterday announced two new digital SLR cameras which make use of “Live View” technology to “frame photos on the camera’s LCD without sacrificing auto-focusing speed common to other live-view systems.” These cameras are the Sony alpha DSLR-A300 and DSLR-A350, priced at around $800 and $900 respectively with an included lens.
