Samsung announced the launch of it’s dual slider music phone ‘F400′. It’s equipped with ICEpower technology by Bang & Olufsen and comes equipped with Smart Bass which provides a rich, deep sound with Smart Limiter which ensures an audio signal does not exceed the amplitude of the threshold. The metallic keypad is softly brushed.

When slide down, it’s a music player with dual stereo speakers. Also comes with Shazam, a music recognizing application that provides users with a connected music experience. With Shazam, users can find out the name and artist of an unknown song just by pointing their phone at the music. How cool is that? Some other features include 3M camera, FM radio, Bluetooth 2.0, in-box 1GB SD memory and a microSD slot that supports up to 8GB.

Bang & Olufsen is introducing the new BeoVision 8 LCD display at this years CES event, providing what they describe as “a flexible LCD display with superb sound and picture at an entry-level price point.” Anyone familiar with Bang & Olufsen likely knows them for producing very high-end home theater system products, so keep in mind that their definition of “entry-level” is all relative. With an MSRP of $3950.00, this 32-inch LCD is at the high-end of this guys budget.

The display is of course designed with as much style in mind as it has performance and functionality. The BeoVision 8 adds quality sound to its quality flat screen picture with a downward facing bass speaker and front units designed for reproducing human voices. The picture on the 32-inch screen has a special glare polarizer and the absence of glass in front of the screen in order to give less glare in well-lit rooms and better contrast, which is should for that kind of bank.

Bang & Olufsen have announced their EarSet 3, as a “unique mobile accessory” pairing music headphones and a phone headset in a single device. They bridge your cell phone headset and MP3 player earphones in one. I know, that doesn’t seem very unique, but what are you gonna do? The company’s first stereo headset with a built-in microphone is compatible with the Apple iPhone.

The 1.09 oz set has been developed to closely match the contours and curves of each ear, ensuring that no sound escapes. The ear buds include foam rubber covers and should stay firmly and comfortably in place.

Here are some new fresh looking, high end speakers from niche speaker manufacturer SALAGAR Sonics. The SALAGAR Symphony S210 is priced at around $8,000 per pair.

The SALAGAR Symphony S210 speakers are available in five different woods and eight standard automotive grade paint finishes. They are self-amplified and feature a rounded cabinet shape which SALAGAR says “facilitates an even distribution of cabinet stress, realized by creating a curved walled, airtight vessel, to reduce dramatically cabinet coloration for high quality sound production across all audible frequencies.”

Bang and Olufsen puts out some of the coolest, different looking (and most expensive) stuff; take this Beo 5 Remote Control for example. Like a number of B&O’s things, this looks like no other remote control we’ve seen. Combining control of your A/V system along with a little home automation the remote control is said to be simple and very functional.

It’s built with a square glass display on top that shows dynamic menus and has “soft touch” on the screen. The bottom consists of an aluminum ball shape with a flat back and tactile keys on the front along with a circular scrolling volume wheel. The Beo 5 sits in a cradle when not in use to charge, and lights up whenever touched, ready for use.

It looks like Bang & Olufsen has another mobile phone coming down the high-fashion pipeline to follow up their popular and equally different-looking Serene mobile Phone, called the Serenata.

Bang & Olufsen sure knows how to turn out some artistic, high end electronics gear for your home entertainment pleasure. The company is now at it again with the nice and pricey BeoLab 3 speakers ($3,200).

The BeoLab 3 speakers are small and compact, according to Bang & Olufsen. Made out of solid aluminum and available in several colors these speakers put out 250 watts of sound and disperse sound in a 180-degree field. They can be placed on a table via a solid rubber base or placed on a floor stand for that modern art/electronics look.

Engadget showed us a much better image of the Beosound 6, Bang & Olufsen’s latest MP3 player. Today Samsung announced some new super-stylish phones at the CommunicAsia expo in Singapore, one of which they tout as the thinnest slider style mobile phone yet. The Samsung SGH-E840 is a mere .42″ thin and has a mirrored, tempered glass face to give it a smooth and sexy look. It also comes in a number of colors to choose from like Ice Silver, Candy Pink, Topaz Gold or Noble Blue.
