Myka is bringing Hulu, Boxee and NVIDIA ION graphics to the table with the Myka ION. Apparently, Myka goes beyond Hulu and Boxee allowing you to run other full PC applications like XBMC and “browse to any web site and play video content directly onto your TV.”

The base model of the ION is available now for $379. (Wireless-N and Blu-ray add ons will up that price to $644) Under the hood you’ll find a 1.6GHz dual-core Atom 330 CPU, up to 4GB of RAM, ten USB 2.0 ports, VGA / DVI / HDMI outputs, an eSATA connector, Ethernet and plenty of audio outputs.

Viewsonic is getting into the media player game at a lower price point. The VMP70 is a “direct connect” media device that will play content from your choice of USB-compatible devices, up to 1080p to your display over HDMI or component cables, also featuring composite for lower-def stuff.

It packs an S/PDIF port for clean audio and supports a bunch of formats including the usual DivX, Xvid, H.264 along with some more uncommon ones like RM/RMVB, DTS, and OGG. This one is available for a MSRP of $129.99, but if you order now you’ll get special holiday pricing of $98.99.

Brinell’s Purestorage line of external HDDs feature and classy exteriors. They’re almost too pretty to carry around and risk scratching that beautiful leather, carbon, wood or stainless steel case. These are probably the sexiest way to carry 160GB to 500GB on your person.

They remind us of old cigarette cases and come equipped with Mini-USB cable connections, a cleaning cloth and backup and synchronizing tool PureSync by Jumping Bytes.

Litl describes their Webbook as “an internet computer that works great with your favorite websites”. The Litle Webbook aims to be versatile and can be used as a standard netbook or, flipped around, as a TV device with an optional remote and “TV style” control knob.

Some features include a 12-inch LCD display with an Intel Atom 1.6GHz processor, a GPU that can playback H.264 in 720p, 1GB of RAM, and 2GB of built in flash storage. What sets it apart is that it has no hard drive. All data is stored on the Internet. You’ll also get built-in WiFi, a headphone jack, HDMI, a USB 2.0 port, and a built-in webcam.

USB 3.0 devices are just now showing up for mass consumption and Super Talent is leading the charge, having just introduced the first USB 3.0 flash drive, which promises transfer rates of up to 320MB/sec.

If you have a USB 3.0 socket, you’ll get speeds up to 200MB/sec. If you use it in a USB 2.0 connector it will slow to USB 2.0 speeds of course. No word on a price or release date, but expect it to ship soon in 32GB, 64GB and 128GB capacities.

Apple Corps and EMI are finally offering up a legal way to grab digital Beatles tracks. The Apple-shaped stick you see above has FLAC and MP3 versions of the new CD set, which includes all the band’s music re-mastered in stereo.

FLAC quality is 44.1Khz 24 bit, and MP3 is 320 Kbps. Only 30,000 of these USB Sticks will be made, so you better grab one on November 8 when they go on sale for $280 (You can pre-order). The stick costs $60 more than the CD set, but you get “all of the re-mastered CDs’ visual elements, including 13 mini-documentary films about the studio albums, replicated original UK album art, rare photos and expanded liner notes.”

Tag Heuer has launched a new luxury mobile phone, aimed at those with too much money and no taste. The TAG Heuer Meridiist Lamborghini Mobile Phone features a case made from a combination of hand brushed stainless steel, calfskin leather, and 60.5 carats of sapphire crystal glass on its dual display.

It sports a 2 megapixel camera, a battery that will give you up to 28 days of standby time and up to 7 hours of talk time, video recording and playback, support for MP3 files, plus it comes with 2GB of storage and USB 1.0 support so you can connect it to your PC.

Fu-bi of Japan has dropped this Retro Cube Mini Speaker with MP3 Player. It’s just like it sounds, a retro 3W x 2-channel speaker with built-in MP3 playback capability. It allows you to hook it up to your ipod or PC via USB 2.0.

The internal battery provides up to 3 hours of audio, and you can also play music directly from an SD/SDHC memory card. It’s available in Japan now for $50. We have no idea if it will show up elsewhere.

Webcams are pretty much the same today. Some of them have better optics and more megapixels than the others have, but design wise they all pretty much sit on top of your monitor to capture video. IPEVO has announced a new webcam called the IPEVO P2V USB CAM.

The new camera is on an articulating arm that looks more like a desk lamp than a webcam. The camera itself is a pen-style camera with a resolution of 2-megapixels. The cam features a macro mode for shooting items as close as 2-inches away.

While we wait and see whether the Xbox 360 is getting a Blu-ray drive or not, there’s something else to look forward to. Thanks to a new marketing strategy, you will soon be able to buy the console with the Star Trek or Transformers 2 movie.

Right now it has been confirmed exclusively for the UK. The bundle includes an Xbox Elite, an extra controller and the movie on USB.

You love Science right? If you could, you would look at germs all day under the lens. Well check this out my Science geek friend. It’s a new Wireless USB Digital microscope from ThinkGeek that uses the 2.4GHz wireless frequency with a switch on the cradle/wireless receiver for choosing one of 4 channels.

The microscope can magnify the object from 10x to 200x and comes equipped with 8 white LEDs around the lens for extra illumination. Some other features include a built-in Li-ion battery that can be recharged in the cradle.

We’ve seen our share of spy gadgets, but the problem has always been that most objects do not resemble the real thing and so are useless. This one on the other hand looks just like a real Coke can and so should fool just about anyone.

These fake Coke cans have a camera and DVR built inside. It even goes so far as to have a fake bottom that can be removed to reveal the USB port and on-off switch. Not good enough for you? How about a remote control so that it can be started and stopped from a distance.

Cisco just announced FlipShareTV, although we don’t have some very important info, like the release date and pricing information. All we have is a brief explanation of how it works. Apparently previously recorded video, accessed on a computer via FlipShare software, is then wirelessly streamed with the FlipShareTV USB stick to the small FlipShareTV box and controlled via remote.

It’s odd because it uses these three items to perform a somewhat basic task by today’s standards. There may be more to this device, but if there is they aren’t sharing.
