Maybe a full VGA screen like the Touch Diamond.

Sure, the name sounds cozy, but iMuffs are not meant to keep your ears warm, which sucks because it is cold outside. But they will let you listen to your iPod Nano, iPod Classic, iPod Photo, iPod Touch, iPod Mini and all 3rd generation iPods without a cable.

With some projectors that are used in the classroom or living room, getting a large image on the screen or a wall means needing a big room so the projector can be far enough from the surface the image is on. If you are in a smaller room that means you can end up with a smaller than ideal image.

This is where short throw projectors are perfect. Mitsubishi has announced a new short throw projector called the WD500U-ST that can throw an image 50-inches in size from only 28-inches from the screen or whiteboard.

Toshiba is laying the smack down on Alienware, revamping its flame emblazoned Qosmio X305 by introducing the Qosmio X305-Q708, which features a Core 2 Extreme QX9300 CPU, 4GB of DDR3 RAM, a 128GB SSD, 320GB 7,200 RPM SATA drive, dual-layer DVD writer, twin NVIDIA 512MB GeForce 9800M GTS graphics cards, 802.11b/g/n WiFi, Bluetooth 2.1+EDR and Windows Vista Ultimate. It should be available by the time you read this for around $4,199.99. But if I were you I’d pay extra to get rid of the whole fire motif. With those specs, it’s a damn shame Toshiba is so set on making you look like a flaming dork.

Desktop computers were once the computer of choice for the majority of users. Improvements in technology making notebooks cheaper and mobile Internet connections have turned the majority of users today to notebooks. However, there is still a market for the desktop PC, though it is shrinking literally and figuratively.

Many desktop computers today are shrinking in size into small form factor systems. The latest SFF desktop to hit retail shelves is the eMachines EL 1200 series. The series includes two computers — the EL 1200-05w and the EL 1210-01e. eMachines says the computers are about the size of a dictionary.

Coffee tables just sit there and do nothing. They just wait for the stray drink and the occasional pair of feet and that’s about it. It kicks the legs out from beneath other cofee tables with it’s ability to play a four-way game of cooperative Pong.

For those who want to train their fish to do all kinds of un-fish-like stuff, check out this R2 Fish School Training Kit that’s got nothing to do with R2-D2. Sony Ericsson is struggling to gain market share in the mobile phone arena. Sony Ericsson has not enjoyed much success in the market and is out to grow its business. Launching cool handsets is one way to grow its market and another is to make its handsets available on more networks.

Sony Ericsson announced today that it is producing its first handset built specifically for the AWS spectrum 1700/2100 network that T-Mobile operates in America. The handset is the first from Sony Ericsson to support T-Mobile and is called the TM506. The TM506 connects to T-Mobile’s 3G network.

Boston Acoustics recently unveiled its new Vista flagship line of loudspeakers. Four models make up the mix, ranging in price from around $400 upwards to $1,700.

Spice Mobiles Limited unveiled their latest for the market in India. The Spice X-1 is a gamers mobile phone with a dedicated gaming console. The phone sports a big 2.4 inch screen, 2-GB expandable memory card, and comes packed with pre-loaded games and a gaming console. Just what games come with it, I have no idea, but look, a motorcycle.

Sony Ericsson is celebrating the Walkman phone’s third anniversary by adding three new mobiles to the family as well as a small army of new accessories. All of these products will be available by the end of the year.

The mobile phone company is specifically debuting the W302, W902 and W595 Walkman cell phones to select markets around the world. D-Link, which first announced its new DSM-210 Internet-enabled picture frame at CES 2008, said today this product is finally ready for retail. The D-Link 10″ Wireless Internet Photo Frame (DSM-210) prices at around $250.

The D-Link 10″ Wireless Internet Photo Frame (DSM-210), besides being your typical digital picture frame, also makes use of a wireless 802.11 connection to load Internet content onto its display. This content, brought over from a company called FrameChannel, draws from over 400 “channels” such as news, weather, sports, trivia, and Really Simple Syndication (RSS) feeds.
