You may think that Star Wars is the king of Merchandising, but Disney never sleeps either. Not when there are cheap products that can have Mickey and Minnie mouse plastered all over them, along with the typical mouse “ears”.

Times have been tough for Lord Vader. After a stunning trio of classic films where he was the ultimate bad guy, Vader was on top of the world. Then he hit rock bottom after three lame prequels, being portrayed as a lame sissy-boy by the highly feminine and over emoting Hayden Christensen.

Sadly, this Back Buddy drives the nail in Vader’s coffin and completes the sissi-fi-cation of the sith lord. This back-pack is so demeaning, even Ewoks won’t fear Vader, but will instead Worship him as the god of cuddly back hugs. It’s wrong. Very wrong.

It shouldn’t come as a big surprise to our readers that we love cake. After all, we brought you 20 awesome robot cakes, 25 awesome geek cakes and 25 more awesome geek cakes. This one…wait for it…really takes the cake.

Jennifer Luxmore of Sin Desserts in Providence, RI made this amazing AT-AT cake. Awesomely detailed and obviously delicious. It’s what the rebels on Hoth ate in celebration after fleeing the ice planet. I would tie string to my fork and fly my utensil around it’s legs like a snowspeeder, bringing it to it’s knees so that I may devour it.

I can’t think of a geekier way to wake up. Vader should have had the time displayed on his eyes in this fashion throughout all the movies, just to be helpful to others. Because I don’t remember seeing many clocks in the Star Wars universe. In fact, don’t let Lucas see this, or he just might re-edit the whole damn series to include such a thing.

For $30 you’ll get an AM/FM radio and Vader’s head will also act as a speaker for your digital audio player. It’s pretty cool, but what I was really hoping for was to wake up to Vader’s breathing.

They used tiny action fleet Micro Machine battleships and vessels. The ships are specially re-finished in a pewter color scheme so that they’ll match the clock’s chrome finish.

Last night we told you about the Wii winning the console wars this holiday season. The Xbox 360 did well too. But nobody wanted the poor PS3. There’s apparently at least one modder who the likes the PS3. The outside of it anyway.

This modder shoved an Xbox 360 into a PS3 case. It wasn’t a perfect fit, with a large hole cut into the front to allow access to the tray. It’s for those gamers who can’t make up their mind and love both consoles along with some neon.

This version of the Falcon is squished, probably from your fat butt sliding down hills. The Falcon has seen better days that’s for sure. But sadly, this is as close as you are likely to get, to really being able to ride the Falcon. You’ll be riding on, not in.

The Millennium Falcon sled is basically a souped-up saucer sled that allows older geeks to have some winter fun outside and be pointed at by young kids who have cooler sleds that don’t look like a flattened cartoon spaceship. It’s pretty expensive for a saucer sled at $34.99, but hell, it’s shaped like the Millennium Falcon.

It’s been awhile since we saw a really cool Wii case mod, though we did bring you 14 neat mods some time ago. This custom Star Wars case mod is pretty awesome and you can learn to make one too. Just be warned that the creator invested over 100 hours of work.

It includes lots of LEDs and fiber optics to give it some nice glowing effects. If you’d rather buy one and not put in the time, you can find this gem on ebay for $499.99. It features stars that fade in and out, custom Red Light Bar, and a hand Painted Death Star, X-Wing and Darth Vader’s Tie-Fighter. Pretty sweet.

We’ve all seen the movie The Exorcist. Remember when Linda Blair’s head spun around? This is a lot like that, but with Vader and a Stormtrooper. And minus the messy green vomit. At first I passed on showing you these, but then I thought about it and realized that decapitated spinning Star Wars heads have got to be awesome. My God how I would love to torment Jar-Jar’s head, but alas, that’s not an option.

They’ll come in very handy if you are in a noisy environment or if you’re phone is on silent. If you get a call, heads won’t roll, they’ll spin. $9 a head. Might be nice to have the head of George Lucas himself, considering all he has done to the franchise. Yeah, I’d like to watch that one spin for a while.
