LG releases RVF1000 and AVC2400 Video Conference Tools in South Korea

LG’s RVF1000 and AVC2400 video conference tools are now available to those in South Korea who want to talk business face to face. Both devices are capable of capturing pictures and handling video conference streaming in 720p high-definition.

The LG RVF1000 and AVC2400 also features a 24-inch high resolution LCD and built-in speakers with echo cancellation technology. We don’t have any info on pricing at this time however. We will let you know when we get that info.

Razer Dragon Age II Keyboard

Razer and Bioware have teamed up to release the Dragon Age II mouse and keyboard. We told you about the mouse the other day. The Dragon Age II Razer BlackWidow Ultimate keyboard features full mechanical keys with 50g of actuation force, individually blood-red backlit keys with 5 levels of lighting, and 1000Hz Ultra-polling with a 1ms response time.

It also features programmable keys with on-the-fly macro recording, gaming mode option for deactivation of the Windows key, 10 customizable software profiles with on-the-fly switching, 5 additional macro keys, audio-out/ mic-in jacks and USB-passthrough. The Dragon Age II Razer DeathAdder mouse will be released in April 2011 for $69.99, while the Dragon Age II Razer BlackWidow Ultimate keyboard is available for pre-order for $139.99.

NEC PA301W-BK 30-inch LCD

Graphics pros as well as serious gamers will love NEC’s new 30-inch screen called the PA301W-BK. You can also get the screen bundled with sensor and calibration software. The resolution is 2560 x 1600 and the panel used is a 10-bit active matrix p-IPS panel. The brightness is rated at 350 cd/m2 in landscape mode.

The contrast ratio is 1000:1 and the screen has 14-bit programmable look-up tablets. You get dual DVI-D and DisplayPort and the screen supports two PCs with PiP capability. There’s also an ambient light sensor to adjust brightness according to the room. The screen sells for $2299 and the screen with calibration gear is $2549.

Razer DeathAdder Dragon Age II Special Edition

The Razer DeathAdder is one of the better infrared gaming mice around and now it has a special edition in the new DeathAdder Dragon Age II Collector’s Edition. The mouse is black with red lighting and features a red dragon on the top.

Other than the special game branding, the mouse is the same thing under the hood. It has a 3500dpi sensor, right-handed design, five programmable buttons, and 1000Hz ultrapolling. The sensitivity is adjustable on the fly and it has a 7-foot long cable. The DeathAdder is compatible with Mac and PC. The launch date is unknown, but it will sell for $69.99.

Epson ES1000 Tabletop Projection Display

Epson has unveiled a new projection screen at MWC 2011 called the Epson ES1000. The tabletop projection display is designed to be light, small and travel friendly for those on the go.

The ES1000 can handle images of up to 50-inches diagonally, and they appear to be pretty clear and crisp, regardless of the projection size. Ease of setup is another bonus. The screen can be set up as quickly as thirty seconds, because it has a one piece design.

Sony MDR-XB1000, MDR-XB41EX and MDR-XB21EX headphones

Sony is debuting three new and colorful headphones in Japan. The MDR-XB1000 model offers enhanced bass and are traditional over-the-ear style.

Sony’s other two new offerings, the MDR-XB41EX and MDR-XB21EX earbuds are both high-end, with unique designs and a whole bunch of color choices. We don’t have any word on pricing yet, or any idea when they will hit the states, if at all.

Samsung 750 and 950 3D LED monitors

Samsung’s new 750 series an 950 series will come in both 23 and 27 inch sizes with 1080p resolution, a two-millisecond response time, 1000:1 contrast ratio, D-sub, HDMI, DisplayPort, and DVI-DualLink connectivity.

You can also get them with a TV tuner and they will handle 3D for gaming, TV, films, and user-generated content. The hybrid 750s and all the 950s can do 2D-to-3D conversion from PCs, Blu-ray players, gaming consoles, and set-top boxes. Sadly we don’t yet have a price, but we do know that the line hits stores in March.

eGANG W3 IGM-7000 Audio Mouse

eGANG Corporation has released the W3 IGM-7000 Audio Mouse. The device comes with a built-in stereo speaker and a microphone. It also offers 1000dpi tracking, a 2-channel stereo speaker and a microphone that can be used for listening to music and making VoIP calls.

It’s basically an all in one mouse. Well, not all, but the eGANG W3 IGM-7000 Audio Mouse does more than yours does. It is also ergonomically designed and has browsing control and volume control buttons.

Apple offering up $10,000 to 10 Billionth Downloader

If you are a music lover then you have probably dreamed of what you could do with a $10,000 iTunes gift card. Well, Apple is giving away just that to one lucky person who downloads the 10 billionth app from its App Store. It could be you.

The company is on track to hit that milestone. So far around 9.76 billion apps have been downloaded. The counter is going up up up. Users are limited to 25 downloads a day, automated software will disqualify you, and you have to agree to let your name and image be used for Apple.

Best Buy’s Buy Back Program gets official

Wouldn’t you like to “future proof” your gadgets? Sure, we all would. And now we can, thanks to Best Buy’s Buy Back program. It will allow users to trade in their laptops, netbooks, tablets or smartphones for a percentage of the device’s original value. The company calls it “future proofing”. We call it, getting something for your old gadget, instead of just tossing it and getting nothing.

The Buy Back Program will start later this month and will cost $69.99 for laptops, netbooks and tablets. It’s $59.99 for mobile phones. When your device is covered, Best Buy will purchase the product back anytime within two years and you may receive up to 50 percent of the product’s original purchase price, paid back to you in the form of a Best Buy gift card, valid for six months.

Samsung Galaxy Tab sales averaging 1000 units per day

The Samsung Galaxy Tab that went on sale with LG U+ last week is getting some pretty impressive sales figures. We’re talking around 1,000 units per day. LG is obviously happy with these numbers. LG U+ has a variety of plans to go along with the Galaxy Tab, plus they are selling it for free if you commit to a three-year contract.

As for its specifications, it is the same as the SKT version, including a 1GHz processor, a 7-inch WSVGA LCD display, Android 2.2 Froyo, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, 3G and T-DMB support, 16GB of internal memory and a microSD memory card slot.

Sony MDR-EX1000 Earphones are expensive

The MDR-EX1000 is an Asia-only release, which comes with ultra large drivers of 16mm for superb sound reproduction. It also includes 10 different silicon earbuds for better fits. That should mean no more sore ears for any of us.

The 16mm drivers can inject 3-30,000Hz of audio awesomeness into your skull, which will wrap around your brain like a spiky nano-storm of audio-erotica. At least, I hope it’s that cool, because these babies cost $799. Better start saving.

Sennheiser Adidas CX 310 earbuds

Sennheiser has unveiled a new set of earbuds that are Adidas branded, the CX 310. These new earbuds have three ear tip sizes and come with a carrying case. They promise deep bass and are designed to work with any music device including the your iPhone, iPod, and other MP3 players.

The CX 310 earphones feature a frequency response 19 – 21000 Hz and have a sound pressure level of 113dB and an impedance of 16 ohms. The cable length is 1.2m and the connector is an angled 3.5mm plug. They look pretty nice.
