SaberTooth S4 netbook SSD upgrades revealed |
If you purchased a netbook from Asus a while back that used an SSD, you may have the thing packed with files now and be out of storage space. If so you are in luck; a company called Active Media Products has unveiled a line of upgrade SSDs that offer more performance and more storage.
The new line of SSDs is called the SaberTooth S4 series and they are compatible with the Asus S101, 900, 900A, 901, and 1000 Eee netbooks. They will also work with other machines that use mini PCIe card storage with the SATA-II interface.

There is a building demand for other types of computers as well like the all-in-one desktop and Acer has unveiled its latest AIO called the Z5610.
Acer has announced the Acer Aspire Timeline AS1810TZ notebook which sports an 11.6″ screen with an HD resolution and is LED backlit. This one has a full sized keyboard and delivers up to 8 hours of battery life on a single charge.
Nokia has teamed up with fashion house RAOUL for an extremely limited edition of its N97 mini. This edition is limited to 1000 units. The package features a back cover with RAOUL signature stripes, a custom designed Fashion Asia widget, and a calf-skin leather case.

Philips has introduced its latest addition to its LCD monitor line with the Brilliance 225P1ES. This 22 inch widescreen monitor includes the PowerSensor feature which detects when the user is not in front of the screen and lowers the contrast and brightness until the user returns.
