If the rumors are accurate it will support Bluetooth, a USB 2.0 connection and has a microSD expansion slot. The camera has a 3x optical zoom and adds on one of those fancy Xenon flashes. The SGH-G800 will also have a 2.4″ QVGA display with dimensions of no more than 4 inches long which very compact for a 5 megapixel shooter or a phone, much less both of them combined.

Dubbed the Nani by Sophia Mobile, the gizmo can offer video playback at 800 x 400 resolution, comes with Wi-Fi, two built-in cameras (VGA in the front, SVGA in the back), TV tuner and instead of pecking away at buttons you can control all of its features via its 4.3-inch touchscreen.

Inside it runs off of Windows CE OS and a RMI Alchemy Au150 chip that clocks in at 600MHz. Unfortunately it seems that the Nani doesn’t come with much in the way of internal memory; we have yet to find any mention of what size it does have but that’s probably why there’s microSD/USB slots.

The Nani rolls out in stores today in Japan.

PhoneScoop is reporting from a “source” that the U9 will have a PEBL-like rounded look to it with an added large color LCD on the front along with music playback controls. Also notable is a mini-USB connection which looks like it may not support and standard headphone jack and instead require mini-USB headphones. This would kinda’ stink but it’s not unheard of for Motorola.

No more details were given in regards to price or release date of the ROKR U9, but we’ll keep watching. This one looks like it might be a pretty nice media phone, and possible a higher-end model from Motorola.

Motorola Z9 Preview photosThe Boy Genius Report has gotten their hands on an early version of the upcoming Motorola Z9 with a number of very cool looking photos. According to the report the Z9 has 3G, a 2 megapixel camera (and a flash), Synergy OS and a microSD card slot. It’s also looks like it’s going AT&T’s way with an AT&T branded browser key and firmware.

From the photos the Motorola Z9 is a thin slider-style handset with a some type of click-wheel for navigation and some funky looking buttons, but this is an early prototype so it could be that these buttons will be covered with something a little nicer when it’s done. A very cool look nonetheless. We can’t wait to see more about this one.
