New eBay app for iPhones can list products lightning fast

Posted in iPhone Accessories by Conner Flynn on March 30th, 2010

These two new apps for either sellers or those who want to buy/sell locally are pretty cool. The Classifieds app uses the iPhone’s GPS to remember your location and will only display items near you based on what you’re searching for.

The second app is also free and is being called a “power tool” by ebay. The item being sold can be listed in under 60 seconds, which is incredibly fast for sellers. Put these two apps in your ebay arsenal and you’ll be happy you did. Now if only ebay would lower their fees, you might make some decent profit from that rare and ugly vase you just listed.

We don’t have a release date yet, but you can expect it by the end of the year. 22moo has released developer tools to make games compatible with the accessory.

Spiderpodium iPhone holder

Posted in iPhone Accessories by Conner Flynn on March 14th, 2010

The iPhone has cases, stands, docks and apps galore, but until now it has never had eight legs. The Spiderpodium won’t allow your iPhone to scurry away from you like a spider, but it will hold your device on eight bendable spider-like legs.

You can bend the legs to hold your iPhone on various surfaces, maybe even the handlebars of your bike, or on your steering wheel, though we don’t recommend it. The Spiderpodium is available for preorder for £14.99 ($23) and it will be available on March 29th. Should be pretty useful.
