Comprising of a 4.3-inch display with a contrast ratio of 1000:1, resolution of 480 x 272 pixels and brightness factor of 200 cd/m2, it’s attracting some attention at the event for its clarity, color resolution and the simple fact that it’s curved.

Samsung reps are all smiles but when they were asked when the public could expect to buy one of their curved OLED screens they just kept grinning and offered no comment. In short the Samsung screen sure looks neat but don’t expect to be able to buy one for at least a year, possibly two.

When the phone powers on, metal and water in the phone react and produce hydrogen gas. They envision beginning with hydrogen cartridges that would have to be changed roughly every four days, if you use the phone for four hours a day. After that, their plan is to improve on the design until all you need to do is squirt some water in your phone and you are ready.
