Plantronics Discovery 975 Bluetooth headset gets detailed |
Bluetooth headsets are common today, though a recent study claimed that their popularity was declining in the U.S. while growing slightly in Europe. Plantronics is one of the more popular names in Bluetooth headsets and its latest offering is the Discovery 975.
The 975 uses AudioIQ2 DSP technology that features two mics to capture the user’s voice while cancelling out background noise. There are no special buttons to press to activate the tech; it works automatically when the user is talking.

I have said it before, and I will say it again — PC gamers need a good set of headphones. Headphones are a great way to keep the neighbors/wife/girlfriend/mom from complaining every time you fire up Call of Duty to frag some noobs. Headphones also let you hear more nuances of the sound as well.
Plantronics unveiled today what it is calling the first mono to stereo convertible Bluetooth headset with noise reduction technology. The Plantronics Voyager 855 will be priced at around $150 and should be available in October.
Plantronics has a wireless Bluetooth headset
The days of seeking out a quiet location to make a call on your mobile may be over thanks to the Plantronics Discovery 665 Bluetooth Headset. This new headset is a significant improvement in headset design thanks to something called AudioIQ.
