Logitech LBT-HS120C2C offers 10 hours of talktime

People like to talk. About the weather, the kids, Lady Gaga’s latest dress… So you need a lot of talk time. Logitech has released a new Bluetooth headset that offers just that, the LBT-HS120C2C. It’s currently available in Japan, but there’s no word on pricing yet.

The most notable feature of this headset is the 10 hour talktime, which should be plenty to talk business or just gossip. Some other features include support for Bluetooth 2.1 EDR, 200 hours of standby time, black and white color options, USB charging or the ability to be charged up by your car’s cigarette lighter using an adapter.

Logitech Harmony 300 remote

Logitech’s Harmony remotes have been a pretty popular accessory and the latest Harmony 300 has the best price of all at $49.99 in the USA and £29.99 in the UK.

The 300 features an effortless web-based setup using a USB on your computer and it boasts compatibility with over 225,000 devices from more than 5,000 brands. There will be some sacrifices at that price however, like no LCD screen and it can control a maximum of only four devices.

Logitech adds low cost Harmony 600 and 650 universal remotes to line

Logitech has been peddling its line of Harmony universal remote controls for a while now. The line has some of the best universal remotes around. I am particularly fond of the Harmony One and use it in my living room.

Logitech has added a pair of low cost universal remotes to the Harmony line including the 600 and 650. The remotes are very similar with the same basic shape and differ in the screens used. The 600 has a monochrome screen and the 650 has a color screen.

Logitech Laptop Speaker Z205 looks to fix your netbook sound woes

I can’t really think of a notebook or netbook off hand that I have ever used that actually had a sound system that sounded good. The speakers are usually tiny things with no bass and flat sound. If you are tired of listening to movies and music with junky speakers, Logitech has a product for you.

The new Logitech Laptop Speaker Z205 has debuted today and it is designed to clip onto your notebook or netbook screen and gets connectivity and power from a USB cable that is included. The little speaker comes with its own carry case and measures 1.35″ x 2.5″.

Logitech Wireless Desktop MK710 with three year battery life

You can expect the keyboard and mouse of Logitech’s Wireless Desktop MK710 to get three years of battery life according to the company. We can only assume they used some sort of black magic, by sacrificing a microsoft keyboard to their gods.

It’s designed to “cradle” your fingertips, which should be comfortable. The sculpted mouse has “hyper-fast” scrolling, and it’s all wireless. Europe will be getting the MK710 later this month, the US in April. It will cost you $100.

Ultimate Ears unveils new 6-speaker in-ear pro monitors

Logitech bought earphone maker Ultimate Ears long ago. I have used some of the consumer earphones from Ultimate Ears before and they are fantastic. The brand tends to be expensive, but they sound great. According to Ultimate Ears, 75% of the musicians on tour use its pro monitors.

The company has introduced its latest set of professional custom monitors called the 18 Pro Custom. The monitors are the first set from the company to use six speakers. Each ear gets six tuned drivers with no distortion.

Logitech and Queen team up for Queen Absolute Greatest Hits Squeezebox

Buyers of the Logitech Squeezebox Radio Wi-Fi will be able to listen to the new Queen Album before it ships to stores in November. The special deal also offers unique Queen photos and audio commentary recorded by the band.

Logitech unveils Harmony 700 remote control

logitechharmony700-sbLogitech has been offering its line of universal Harmony remotes for a long time now and most all of them that I have used have been great. The only downside to the Harmony line is that the remotes tend to be expensive.

Logitech has announced a new Harmony 700 remote that is also one of the lower cost remotes in the line at $149.99. Despite being cheaper than the other remotes in the Harmony line, the 700 still has many of the same features. The device has a color screen that shows channel icons.

Logitech officially announces Squeezebox Touch and Radio

logitechsqueezeboxtouch-sbMusic fans are always out for cool and easy ways to stream the tunes they love all around their home. Logitech purchased Squeezebox several years ago and has continued offering cool new products in the line.

Today Logitech has officially announced a pair of new Squeezebox players called the Touch and Radio. The Squeezebox Radio is a Wi-Fi music system that lets users listen to music all around the home and has an optional remote and rechargeable battery pack. The device supports internet radio, iTunes plus DRM free tracks, Napster, Rhapsody, Sirius and more. The color screen shows album art as well.

Logitech unveils Lapdesk N315

logitechn315-sbWhen you need to work on the couch with your laptop is can be difficult to get a surface that is comfortable enough to work on for an extended period and gives you a mousing surface that works well. Logitech has announced a new lapdesk that will do the job.

The device is called the Lapdesk N315 and it measures 367 x 260 x 11mm and weighs 800 grams. The desk is designed to keep the notebook heat away from your lap and keep you cool. The desk also has a retractable mouse pad for your portable mouse.

Logitech unveils Darkfield laser mice

logitechperformancemx-sbI am a big fan of Logitech peripherals and have several of them on my desk right now. I really like the line of Logitech mice that have the special scroll wheel that spins freely for scrolling long pages. This makes flying through websites and Word docs much faster.

Logitech has announced two new mice that not only feature that cool scroll wheel, but also have new Darkfield laser senor technology. The two mice are the Logitech Performance Mouse MX and the Logitech Anywhere Mouse MX. The Anywhere MX is a notebook sized portable mouse and the Performance is a full-size desktop mouse.
