Gigabyte S1080 Windows 7 Tablet now available for US pre-order |
It is already available in Taiwan, and it has even hit Australia, now it’s our turn for Gigabyte’s big Windows 7 tablet. The S1080 features a 320GB drive, dual-core Atom N570, Ethernet port, and for some unknown reason, VGA output.
All you need is $650 and it ships on July 1st. Other features include 802.11b/g/n WiFi, Bluetooth 3.0, 1.3 megapixel webcam and a USB 3.0 port. If you have been waiting for this one, now is your chance.

Netbooks are huge right now with the little machines racking up sales numbers that traditional notebooks are having a hard time matching. The sweet spot for netbooks today is the 10.1-inch screen size and Gigabyte has announced a new convertible netbook that should appeal to many users.
