BenQ unveils K60 nReader |
BenQ is hitting the e-Book market with the nReader K60. The device has a 6-inch touchscreen e-paper display that uses SiPix Microcup technology to produce a native resolution of 800 x 600 pixels with 167 dots-per-inch and 16 grey scale.
The nReader K60 features 2GB of storage, which will hold roughly 4000 books and if you ned more it’s got a microSD card slot for more storage. Some other features include WiFi, a mini USB port, USB 2.0 port and a 3.5mm audio jack. The K60 supports a variety of file formats including ePub, PDF, TXT, HTML, JPEG, BMP, GIF, PNG, and MP3.



BenQ has announced their upcoming 23.6-inch LCD TV that doubles as a standard PC monitor. This one would make a great secondary monitor. It features Senseye Human Vision Technology which enhances the color, clarity and contrast of video content. The MK2442 has a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels, with a 5ms response time, brightness of 300 cd/2, 1000:1 contrast ratio and a built-in TV tuner.
Desktops are quickly becoming a thing of the past. When you have an Intel Atom powered UMPC with an 800MHz processor, you really don’t need much more. The BenQ S6 is compact, and powerful. It’s a Mobile Internet Device with 512MB memory and a 2GB SSD, featuring Bluetooth 2.0, Wi-Fi and HSDPA. It also sports a stylus-enabled 4.8inch WVGA touchscreen, built-in G-sensor, mini USB and microSD slot. It even comes with cool “free-surf” user interface. Great for the traveler who needs a powerful device. The BenQ S6 retails for $629.
BenQ is coming to market soon with a stylish, slim new eight-megapixel digital camera. The new BenQ DC X-835 does not has yet have specific pricing or availability information.
BenQ earlier this week unveiled a new digital projector with a high brightness which is reportedly easy to use. The new BenQ SP820 should be available this month.

BenQ today globally unveiled its slim T800 digital camera. This upgrade to the T700 is expected to be available in Latin America, Europe and Asia next month, with no as yet announced availability in the United States.
