Here’s some good news for mobile gamers. Verizon Wireless has announced that it will start accepting pre-orders on the Sony Ericsson Xperia Play starting this Thursday on May 19th and you can expect the Xperia Play to go on sale on May 26th.

The Sony Ericsson Xperia Play will cost $199.99 with a new 24 month contract with Verizon. Once you do that you will be rocking a 4 inch multitouch display with a resolution of 480 x 854 pixels, a 1GHz Qualcomm processor and an Adreno 205 GPU and 512MB of RAM. We can’t wait.
