Look what we have here. Sonic the Hedgehog is willing to charge up your Wiimotes while showing the peace sign. He doesn’t look very happy about it though. You can understand why. He’d rather be chasing down golden rings and promoting Sega products. But sadly, those days are gone.

Now he is reduced to sub-par games and promoting Nintendo gear, which in this case will cost you $49.99. It comes from Mad Catz. Hey, at least it acts as a figurine too.

Steampunk Etch-a-Sketch

Posted in DIY by Conner Flynn on December 27th, 2010

Getting an Etch-a-Sketch for Christmas is cool, but you would have to have been a super good boy or girl to get this one. Yes, this is an Etch-a-Sketch modified for the Victorian era. A time when you didn’t have ugly red plastic, but you did have brass and other cool metals.

This one was indeed a Christmas gift, made by one talented young person as a gift for a friend. And he is obviously the best friend a guy could ever have. Great job.

Posted in kindle by Conner Flynn on December 27th, 2010

New Kindle Pre-Order SalesAmazon offers a lot of items to buy. Almost anything you can imagine. But which of those items is it’s bestselling product? Well, that honor now goes to the third-generation Kindle. Amazon has announced that their latest and greatest Kindle has become their bestselling product of all time.

That’s largely due to an aggressive price that’s been “low enough that people don’t have to choose,” between an e-reader and a tablet. Sadly, we still don’t know the exact figure of Kindle sales, but at least we know that it is a runaway success.

Negri Electronics is offering a limited edition Nexus S, but we aren’t sure if it has been produced by Samsung, Google or a third party company, and it seems a bit more expensive than the standard version. The limited edition Nexus S features a different backplate filled with tiny Android mascots and that seems to be the only difference between it and the standard model.

Just make sure your iPhone 4′s surface is clean and apply the skin. It’s that easy. Right now, the new skins are only designed to fit the iPhone 4, but they can be removed and reapplied if you need to do that, Just be aware that the skins stickiness will become less and less overtime the more you remove and reapply.
