Hopefully the catalog will grow. It’s amazing how creative folks can get with the tools provided by the game. Have a look and submit your own funny Emblems.

Microsoft officially relaunches the Kin One and Kin Two

Posted in Microsoft by Conner Flynn on November 18th, 2010

After being called one of Microsoft’s greatest failures and having been pulled from sale after only six weeks during its original run, the Kin One and Kin Two are now back on sale with Verizon. This re-release gives them a name change to the Kin ONEm and Kin TWOm. Originally Microsoft only sold 8,810 units, but they hope to turn those sales numbers around with better pricing plans.

One of the reasons cited for the poor sales was that the phones lacked full smartphone functionality, but at the same time were forced to use smartphone plans of at least $70 per month. It just couldn’t compete with more fully featured phones.

The latest apps were created by the folks over at Firecore, and they will be releasing a package for Apple TV called aTV Flash. A beta of the package should be released within the next couple of weeks.

Grippity back typing keyboard

Posted in Keyboards by Conner Flynn on November 18th, 2010

Why type on the front of your keyboard when you can type on the back? The Grippity keyboard allows you to do just that. All while looking stylish and futuristic. It would take some getting used to though. You might type slow at first.

It’s available for pre-order for $60 right now. Unfortunately, you won’t be able to get it in time for Christmas as it is set for a February delivery. We think it looks worth the wait.
