Nokia N8 phones randomly dying worldwide

Posted in Nokia by Conner Flynn on November 22nd, 2010

Nokia’s N8 smartphones were supposed to save the company, but this strategy seems to have hit a snag. The problem? Well, the initial batch of N8 handsets worldwide have begun to suffer from problems concerning power issues, including a dead phone that won’t boot up or light up even with a charger plugged in.

This was originally thought to be an isolated case, but has now expanded into a 6 page thread on the official Nokia forums. Things aren’t looking good for Nokia’s flagship phone. Hopefully there is some kind of fix coming soon.
