Toshiba shows off new Android tablet

Posted in Toshiba by Conner Flynn on October 7th, 2010

Toshiba has been showing off a new Android tablet at CEATEC that hasn’t been seen before. The device was being used to demonstrate Toshiba’s Book-Place service for the Japanese market. We don’t have any details on this feature, or the tablet itself.

We do know that it is expected to get Android 2.2 and the photos confirm the presence of a webcam. It is also believed that this device will ship with a touchscreen around 10 inches in size with a resolution of 1024×600.
