Notion Ink Adam Tablet has 15 hour battery life

With the release of the Notion Ink Adam Tablet coming closer, founder Rohan Shravan has announced that the battery life on the Notion Ink Adam Tablet will be a minimum of 15 hours +. That’s pretty impressive. There’s even a possibility of up to 20 hours with the 24Wh user replaceable battery.

These are figures for the $498 transflective version, not the $399 LCD model that will use more juice. The most power hogging elements on the Adam are the LCD, Wi-Fi, 3G, and Speakers.

The tablet’s USB ports will allow you to view 1080p movies and videos, directly from the USB without transferring it to the Adam itself. You can also connect keyboards and perhiperals to the tablet using the integrated USB ports. Looks like it is shaping up to be quite a tablet.
