Lava Scandinavia unveils Android TV

Posted in Android by Conner Flynn on September 6th, 2010

You might remember Lava Scandinavia and their cool Android powered TV. It’s the first in the world and it was demonstrated at IFA 2010 Berlin. The device is essentially a low-power computer and traditional TV in one, with an Android-based Internet TV interface.

The home screen can be filled up with all kinds of Android widgets, and when you hit a key on the QWERTY keyboard/remote, you get an even more feature-rich home menu, which will allow you to access the web browser, YouTube, Facebook, Email and other Android apps.
