Epson is one of the biggest printer makers around and when I hear the name I automatically think about expensive ink. I once had a printer from Epson that cost more to fill with ink than I paid for the printer. Epson has unveiled a new printer called the Stylus NX625.

The NX625 is a printer that is aimed at the home user and can print, scan, and copy. The thing can print in black at 15 ppm or in color at 7.2 ppm. It is also capable of printing on two sides of a page automatically at 7.6 ppm in black and 4.6 ppm in color.

The copier can do black and white or color copies up to 99 at a time. The scanner has 2400 dpi resolution for hardware with 48-bit color. The maximum interpolated resolution for the scanner is 9600 x 9600. Other features include a memory card reader, WiFi, and an Ethernet port along with a 2.5-inch LCD for viewing images with no PC.
