There are plenty of people out there who have no desire to know how to use the advanced features on a smart phone. For this sort of user the most important thing is a phone that is easy to use and has good call quality. Verizon has a new device that fits the bill nicely for these users.

The handset is called the Samsung Gusto and uses a flip phone form factor. It has an external screen and a 2-inch internal screen. The phone supports email and web access and full messaging options. The device also has a VGA resolution camera with night shot mode.

Other features include Bluetooth, VZ Navigator capability, a personal organizer, driving mode, and more. The handset has a strange feature called Fake Call too that lets the user set a timer to get them out of talking to people they don’t want to talk to.
