Kobo e-reader available at ten Fairmont hotel properties

Posted in ebooks by Conner Flynn on August 11th, 2010

We’ve seen iPads available when checking into hotels before and now it’s Kobo’s turn. The e-reader company has landed a deal with Fairmont that will put e-book readers into the hands of select guests at select properties.

Fairmont Gold-level guests that are members of the President’s Club will be able to try a Kobo during their stay free of charge. Each one is loaded with a variety of fiction, non-fiction and drama titles. When the device is returned, patrons will be given a $2 off coupon for Random House titles.
