What you are looking at is the first Windows Phone 7 device to show up in Pakistan, of all places. The device has a serial number on top and a “powered by ASUS” branding on the bottom, so it is likely a pre-production model. The phone apparently belongs to the leakster’s brother, who maybe works for ASUS.

There’s brushed metal on the front and the top right corner looks like it might be housing a front-facing camera, also the display looks like an OLED panel.

So it looks pretty legit.
