OlivePad VT100 Android tablet hits India

Posted in Tablet PC by Conner Flynn on July 22nd, 2010

OlivePad isn’t something they crush olives on to make olive oil. It’s a new android tablet from Olive Telecom of India. The OlivePad VT100 is the first 3G Android-powered tablet to hit the market in that part of the world. It arrives there in August.

Some features include integrated Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, a 3-megapixel camera with a front camera, a 7” TFT multitouch display, 512MB RAM, 512MB ROM, GPS navigation support, e-book reader compatibility, voice and video calls, a miniUSB port and Web browsing with Flash support.

No word on which version of Android it is running though.
