Xbox 360 Slim to be unveiled at E3? |
There has been no official confirmation, but word is that Microsoft could be ready to unveil an Xbox 360 Slim at E3. Sony has the PlayStation 3 slim after all and they do want to compete.
Let’s not forget that the PlayStation Move and Project Natal motion sensing controllers are just around the corner too. Things are heating up in the console wars. A slim Xbox 360 will be good as long as they don’t remove any important features to do it.

Unfortuanatly, I can’t remember what they stated the motherboard was, but it was not an Xbox’s.
You can clearly see from the photo they look the exact same. Why would Microsoft want to do this anyway? A few more months back they made an official announcement stating they don’t need a slim, the sales are doing just fine and they see no need for a slim in the near future.
It would be a waste anyway, something as thin as that won’t be able to take the current Hard Drives, the hard drives would have to be remade to fit with that small thing.

You know, this is what I don’t understand. Just because the Xbox doesn’t have all the features that the Wii or PS3 doesn’t make it less valuable. They are all seventh generation consoles, both with their pro’s and cons.
Xbox 360: Better detail
PS3: Better lighting
Wii: Fun control
What the deal? They can take out allot of features, they can take out Xbox game compatability (The few that they have). They can take out Facebook, the Messenger, Live audio streams, achievements. I think the Xbox has allot of features if you compare them to the sixth generation consoles.

Could people stop nagging on the downfalls of the consoles, an enourmous amount of work has gone into each of them, focus on the good aspects. People saying saying console X is better than console Y obviously hasn’t done their homework or is a console X fanboy.
I enjoy xbox, but unfortunately I have to agree with you on that lol
the new xbox 360 is ridiculous…WiFi, 250gig hard drive @ the same (current) price….o i want 1….
