The HP forums are going crazy over the popular Envy 15, because some buyers are receiving models with screens that randomly go blank and/or webcams that only show full color under fluorescent light.

Looks like HP is on it though, offering a full refund or repair. However according to one user, two trips back to HP could not fix his laptop’s webcam. It isn’t all HP Envy units, but 20 pages of complaints on the HP Envy Forum means that something is clearly wrong.

Hopefully HP fixes whatever the problems are and they can move on.
