Dell Inspiron M501R with AMD Phenom II X4 CPU

The Dell Inspiron M501R is powered by AMD’s Phenom II X4 mobile processor, codenamed Champlain. The laptop comes with either 1GB ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4250 graphics or ATI Mobility Radeon HD 550v graphics, a 15.6-inch 720p HD-capable display, standard DVD burner and an optional Blu-ray drive.

Some other features include an integrated 1.3MP webcam, speakers, 802.11n WiFi, optional Bluetooth, Ethernet LAN, three USB ports, an eSATA/USB port, optional 7-in-1 media card reader, VGA and HDMI outputs, along with a full-size keyboard with numeric pad.

It weighs in at 5.83 pounds and comes equipped with a standard 6-cell battery. The Dell Inspiron M501R will be available later this summer in the U.S.
