Dell has unveiled the specifications of their upcoming Dell Looking Glass 7-inch tablet. The tablet is powered by nVidia Tegra 2 and the Android-based device features a 7-inch touch-sensitive display with 800×600 resolution, a 4GB RAM, a 4GB flash storage, an SDHC card slot for expandable storage up to 32GB, a 1.3MP webcam, Bluetooth, 3G and even an optional TV tuner.

The Dell Looking Glass tablet will arrive in November for an unknown price. It’s not clear if you’ll be able to make phone calls on the Looking Glass or not, but it looks like this one is targeted at iPad buyers instead of iPhone customers.
