Fujitsu’s ProGREEN Laptop line has 18hr battery life

Posted in Fujitsu by Conner Flynn on March 16th, 2010

Eighteen hours is a long time. I’m on my laptop at least that long everyday, though I have to be plugged in. That power cord is like a leash, my friends and we are but chained dogs. Fujitsu wants to set us free with the new ProGREEN line.

The 14-inch Lifebook E780 has an 18-hour battery life. Yes 18 hours! There’s also the 15.6-inch Lifebook S710. Both are Energy Star 5.0 certified, with LED backlit screens.

The E780 can get that 18-hour battery life thanks to two batteries onboard. We don’t yet know the rest of the series’ specs.
