With all the 3D TVs that turned up at CES this year we knew that 3D was going to be big in 2010. The 3D sets are now starting to land at retailers for those so included to purchase. 3D content for TV is also starting to come as well.
Cox has announced that it will be broadcasting the Masters golf tournament in 3D for two hours each day for the duration of the tournament. The cable network will also show a highlight show each day in 3D.
Cox customers will need a 3D TV and glasses to go with the TV to view the programming. A Cox HD or HD/DVR converter is required and the converter has to be connected to the TV via HDMI.
