If you’ve ever dreamed of ripping out the guts of an Acer Aspire Timeline 1810 laptop and replacing the CULV processor with a newer, faster, Core i5 chip, then what you get is the Acer Aspire TimelineX 1830T. Some images and details of the notebook have just started leaking and judging by the specifications, it will have been well worth the wait.

No info on pricing just yet, but Acer will be officially announcing this laptop in late March. Some specifications include an 11.6-inch 1366 x 768 pixel display, Intel Core i5-520UM processor with a clock speed ranging from 1.06GHz to 1.86GHz, Wi-Fi, HDMI, S/PDIF, Optional Bluetooth, Optional 3G modem, and a decent 8-hour battery life.
