MSI has been in the netbook market for a long time now and for a while early on the company had one of the most popular netbooks around with its U100. Netbooks are everywhere today with models for companies that don’t even sell computers traditionally.

MSI has unveiled a new limited edition netbook to commemorate the millions of Wind netbooks sold globally. The special edition is the U135 and it runs the Intel Pine Trail N450 CPU. The machine will come in silver, charcoal, ruby, and sapphire colors.

The netbook can be had with 160GB or 250GB HDDs and both versions run Windows 7 Starter. The machine has 1GB of RAM and the battery life is claimed to be up to 7.5 hours. The screen is a 10-inch model with 1024 x 600 resolution. The U135 is available now from $309.99 to $329.99.
