Misa Digital Guitar cuts the strings, adds a touchscreen

Posted in Musical Instruments by Conner Flynn on January 18th, 2010

When you get rid of the strings, is it really still a guitar? We’ll leave that to the philosophers. In the meantime, take a look at just such a specimen. The Misa Digital Guitar is great looking, but somehow we don’t think it will catch on.

Then again I’m no musician. Maybe it will revolutionize music. The Misa is really just a MIDI controller that you can interface with software on your PC and you can use said software on your PC and use a normal guitar. Whatever you like.

Rock on.
