iPad gets unlimited data for $30/Month with no contract

Posted in iPad by Conner Flynn on January 27th, 2010

The Apple iPad will come with two 3G data plans through AT&T. The first is just $30 a month with no contract. On this plan you can cancel at any time with no penalty, and use AT&T Wi-Fi hotspots for free. If that doesn’t sound good to you, maybe option number two is more to your liking.

The other plan is $15 for 250MB of data, also through AT&T. You can activate it directly from your iPad. That seems like a good deal, when you consider that a laptop plan will generally cost you $60 for unlimited data.

its just to big for me, and really my iphone does all of this pretty well, except for the iworks thing. seriously they expect us to buy a mac and then the phone. Why would we really need this, there is no real gap between the two. Oh wait there is, and its filled by the mac book air, unless this gets more powerful and displaces the air. It is pretty though lol. but the name has got to go, that’s the name of the SNL skit famine hygiene product, did they do the research?
