Archos 7 tablet could run Android

Posted in Android by Conner Flynn on January 27th, 2010

On the same day that Apple is slated to announce its much hyped tablet, Archos makes the news with some whispers of an Archos 7 tablet powered by Google’s Android operating system. The Archos 7 is much like its smaller relative, the Archos 5 and features a 7″ touchscreen display with a 800 x 480 resolution.

Some other specs include at least 8GB of storage, an SDHC memory card slot, Wi-Fi, GPS and pre-loaded Google apps. Look for it to arrive in March from 180 Euros and up. Look for Apple’s tablet to hit later today and laugh.
