Digital Video Camcorder with optical telescope lens

Posted in Camcorders by Conner Flynn on December 27th, 2009

What we have here is a cheap video camera from Chinavision with a huge-ass telescopic lens. That’s an 8x optical zoom. The camera is a 30fps digicam that shoots in MPEG4 and stores it onto an SD card. It will also shoot 12 megapixel stills, sports a built in flash and a 3″ TFT flip-out screen.

The camera doesn’t come with a native optical zoom but has a 4x digital zoom and a macro focus mode. Just look at the lens. It won’t fit in your pocket, that’s for sure.

Who’s buying one?
