lgexpoauthentecI really like it when my gadgets can do more than one thing and when my gadgets have hardware that can do more than one thing I get excited. AuthenTec is talking about its contribution to the LG eXpo smartphone.

The eXpo uses the AuthenTec smart sensor that not only reads fingerprints for security, but allows navigation too. The sensor is sort of like a track pad fingerprint reader combo.

The sensor also features turbo-scroll for flying through long emails and webpages. The eXpo is the first smartphone in America to feature the AuthenTec sensor and is set for availability today. The phone also has that cool pico projector attachment.
