You can buy it anywhere in Brasil for just R$400,00 (Brazilian Real), or USD 222. It’s not black market, many retail stores imports it to sell in Brazil, so its just legal. In the black market you can buy it por R$300,00 (USD 166). Sony will get nowhere with this… If they keep with this, PS3 would be sold here for R$2400,00 (USD 1.300)… and you can buy it anywhare (retail stores or black market) for R$1.000,00 (USD555).
