Survey reveals potential new PSP Go colorsHandhelds are always getting color makeovers and since the PSP Go wants to fit in with the crowd, it wants some fancy new colors as well. Apparently there’s a survey going around courtesy of UK marketing firm Research Now with a whole bunch of color options.

The survey shows off several colors, including the already-available Piano Black and Pearl White. There’s Bright Red and Blue, which are neat. Then there are colors like Lemon and Coral which most will agree look more like urine and vomit. Maybe chewed bubble-gum and snot. See anything you like?

Sanyo releases new contact-free Eneloop Wiimote charger

Sanyo releases new contact-free Eneloop Wiimote chargerSanyo’s Eneloop Wiimote charger hit last year. It was the first to be officially approved by Nintendo and it allowed charging while your thick rubber covers were still in place, which is cool, but it quickly became obsolete by the Motion Plus.

Sanyo now has a solution. That solution is to buy a brand new charger. This new one does exactly the same thing, it just has some extra room at the bottom for the motion-plus. The device is USB-powered and charges using induction, so no contact is required. And this one will hold a pair of Wiimotes instead of just one.

Spy Camera in a tissue boxDamn, paranoids and perverts sure have a ton of ways to spy on you these days, but putting a spy camera in a tissue box somehow seems creepier than most of the spy gadgets we feature here. Maybe because it looks extra innocent.

Looks are deceiving. Inside there is a camera that takes color footage during the day and black and white footage at night at a resolution of 720×480 at 30fps. It uses SD cards to store your footage, and can be programmed to activate automatically at a certain time.

It’s a sleeping bag that looks just like a Tauntaun, with a saddle, printed intestines, and even a plush lightsaber zipper pull. Yes, but does it smell worse on the inside? Kinda depends on how often you use it I guess.

MacBook Pro battery explosion reported

mbp-battery-explosion_1All of the battery issues that we have seen over the last few years have forced me to reconsider using a laptop actually in my lap. I don’t mind the heat from the computer nearly as much as I would mind a battery exploding on my gonads. Typically, these battery explosions have been mostly limited to Windows computers, but today a new report of a MacBook Pro battery blowing its top has come in.

Engadget reports that the MacBook Pro is a 17-inch non-unibody machine that was being used on a desktop at the time the incident occurred. According to the user, a strange noise began and then got louder.
