Sony Ericsson Satio released in UK

Sony Ericsson Satio released in UKThose of you in the UK will now be able to get your hands on the Sony Ericsson Satio from Vodafone. Orange will also be offering the handset soon along with T-Mobile and O2. The Satio packs a 12.1MP camera with a Xenon and LED flash, as well as GPS and a widescreen touch display, all based on Symbian S60 5th edition OS.

Vodafone offers the phone for £35 or £40 per month contract for two years, without requiring you to pay a single penny. It will be interesting to see how well this handset does.

    Great, Sonyericsson dropped the Memorystick with the Satio! If they would also drop the silly connection port they are using right now. Just add mini usb and everybody would be happy! Ofcourse they question remains wouldn’t the Satio have been better with an Android or Ubuntu (Linux) operating system.
