Xbox 360 802.11n adapter spotted in Gears of War 2 boxWe’ve been waiting for this one for some time now. An 802.11n adapter for our Xbox 360. It cleared the FCC and has now appeared on a flyer inside a Gears of War 2 Game of the Year edition box in Italy.

The guys at Joystiq think that this might indicate that both the original 802.11a/b/g and 802.11n adapter might co-existence in the same market, and who knows, maybe a price cut for the expensive original. All we can do is wait and see.

We’ll see if Microsoft has anything to say about it.
