$199 Nintendo Wii Best Buy ad spottedLast week it was a Toys R Us ad showing the Wii for a Wii-diculous $199. Now a Best Buy ad showing off the same price has surfaced. It could be phoshopped, we’ll just have to wait and see.

But given the recent drop in demand for the system, along with the fact that the PS3 and Xbox have both had price cuts, it seems like we are glimpsing the not so distant future. What’s $50 to Nintendo? They’re making a ton of money on Wiimotes alone.

blurtripodI love my iPhone, but if I am to be honest, the camera sucks. In fact, I never use the camera because I can’t take a decent picture with it. I know some folks who use the iPhone cam all the time; I just don’t like the image quality. Perhaps what I need is a tripod for the iPhone.

Mobile Mechatronics has announced the Blur iPhone tripod adapter and tripod. The Blur system includes an adapter that fits onto a tripod and holds the iPhone for taking pics that are less blurry. The kit also includes a small tabletop tripod as well.

pinktie-sbWhat do you do if you have to wear a tie to work, which is bad enough, and your boss is a wanker and won’t let you listen to your iPod in the office? What you need is this nifty Thomas Pink tie with the hidden iPod compartment.

The tie is called the Commuter tie and has a special compartment behind the tie that holds your iPod nano securely. The tie itself is 100% silk and should look good enough on you in the office. Pink designed the tie to fit the new iPod nano, but I would assume any player of similar dimensions would fit.

It features a built-in camera to help it avoid obstacles while keeping your floor clean. The camera also allows the Furot to be aware of its location so it never goes to the same area twice unless it is needed.

The battery will give you 90 minutes of cleaning time and if it goes beyond that, the Furot II has a memory, so you can recharge it and the Furot will pick up where it left off.
