Medion S47000 pocket camcorder launched Pocket camcorders are all the rage thanks to you silly kids and your youtube videos and vlogs and whatnot. So how does a company attempt to get some of the market share from the likes of the Flip? Well, if you are Medion, you make your mini camcorder rugged so that it’s shock and splash resistant.

That way it should be able to take some abuse if you are filming some really outrageous stunts. Or a kids birthday party. The S47000 features a 2-inch LCD in back and only a few buttons to keep it all simple. It’s ultra light too at only 85g.

As an added bonus it will also take low-resolution still photos and play some Mp3 files. It will run you $150-$200.
