The Samsung S3100 is official. This basic entry level slider targets the budget conscious and is available in black or pink colors. Just don’t expect much from the specs: Quad-band GSM/GPRS/EDGE (850/900/1800/1900 MHz), 2.1″ TFT display with 176 x 220 pixels and 262k colors, Bluetooth 2.1 connectivity, MP3 player, NetFront 3.5 Web browser, Email support, 1.3-megapixel camera and microSD memory card slot.

We don’t have any pricing details yet though, but it will definitely be affordable. We think it looks pretty nice for a basic phone.
