Microsoft anounces HD LifeCam CinemaToday Microsoft announced a brand new webcam with the LifeCam Cinema, which offers a true HD experience in 720p resolution. It’s capable of capturing 30 frames per second and it’s all about giving you high quality at an affordable price.

Some other features include a 4x digital zoom, noise-canceling mic, autofocus and a glass lens. Constructed from aluminum, this camera has an interesting stand that works with both notebooks and desktops. The webcam even has a specific Windows Live call button for use with Windows Live Messenger and it connects via USB 2.0.

It’s compatible with Windows XP through Windows 7. Available on September 9 for $79.99.
