The new device is called the Joby Gorillatorch and the tripod mount has magnetic feet to allow the flashlight to be stuck to any metal surface for hands free use. The flashlight uses LEDs and has 65 lumens of light.

The light runs off three AA batteries and has a dimmer function. The batteries will last 20 hours on maximum brightness, 50 hours on optimum brightness, and 80 hours on economy mode. The light is also water resistant so you can use it in the rain if needed. The Gorillatorch can be preordered now for $29.95.
