Blackberry Tour hits Alltel |
RIM makes some of the hottest smartphones out there with its line of Blackberry devices. The Blackberry is popular with business users and consumers alike and is one of the best selling smartphone lines in the world.
Alltel has announced that the Blackberry Tour is now available on its network and can be picked up in all retail stores and online. At the time of this writing, the device isn’t on their website. The handset supports the Alltel 3G network and works on 3G networks around the world.
The phone offers the same features as the Tour that is on the Verizon network. The device has GPS, a 2.44-inch LCD, 3.2-megapixel camera with image stabilization, and a microSD card slot supporting up to 16GB. The phone also has a 3.5mm headphone jack for listening to calls and music. The Tour will sell for $199.99 after a $100 mail-in rebate. (Image used here is the Tour for Sprint.)
