Casio Exilim EX-H10 takes 1000 shots on a single chargeCasio’s latest EXILIM Hi-Zoom EX-H10 is being hailed as the thinnest and lightest camera in the world, and despite it’s light weight, it’s no slouch. It can shoot up to a thousand pictures on just a single charge. So shoot away.

Some other features include a 24 mm wide-angle lens, 10x optical zoom with mechanical image stabilizer, HD video recording support, and Casio’s EXILIM Engine 4.0 for higher image quality and lower power consumption. This 12.1-megapixel digital camera is a good one for travelers since it’s light and might even let you forget the charger completely.

Does anyone have a few photos to publish to see the quality of the photos. Please no photos that have been photoshopped or altered. I would like to see what a typical image on a regular settings produces from this wonderful camera. I’m waiting for them to hit the shelves where I am located.

    THANKS!!!

This camera seems to have almost all the features I want in a point and shoot but there is one thing I need that I can’t find out. Is it possible to set the flash to default to “off?” there is nothing I hate more than having a camera switch back to “flash on” when I change modes or simply turn the camera on. That is why, up until now I only use cameras with a flash that has to be popped up to be turned on. That way I know I won’t be surprised by flashing in an inappropriate environment.

    Anybody know?

    Len
